"I am an active person and go to the gym regularly. I felt out of control when I was told my weight would possibly increase due to some medication I was advised to take. I thought I couldn't do much more. After a chat with Michael I booked 10 personal training sessions. I wondered how much he could teach me in my home?! I shouldn't have worried as every session he brought different equipment so I never got bored. Michael is very motivating and certainly moved me out of my 'comfort zone' which I find hard to do myself. I sustained an injury on holiday and was very impressed when he gave me the same diagnosis and exercises as my physiotherapist. Michael certainly knows his stuff! I am pleased to say i never felt better, fitter or happier and don’t need the medication.

"Michael's passion and commitment to exercise and health is infectious. He is genuine and cares about what he does, so understands and listens when I am finding something hard or am not comfortable. He helps me to find my limits, rather than compare with others and gets a good balance between pushing me to do more and knowing when it won't help me. When I started personal training with Michael, four months ago, I said that I got bored easily and found it hard to stay motivated doing the same things. Every session that I do with him he has varied the workout, from using weight machines when in the gym, to doing timed sprints, to using equipment I have at home, such as the infamous ball, so that I am always learning and having fun.

Michael has exceptional knowledge around how the human body works and this is evident in the design of my schedule and the way he is able to explain things. I feel fitter, healthier and happier, and even when I do not feel like exercising Michael has gently taken me through the session and kept me at it!"
