Shape-up with Salsa

Have fun and shape up whilst learning the basic footwork and turn patterns to the pulsating rhythms of salsa, merengue and cha cha cha. Salsa dancing is an excellent way to burn calories and trim up. I teach a few classes in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area. If you are looking for an alternative and fun way to exercise then why not try salsacise or salsalates.

Salsacise

Salsacise is a fitness workout class that combines a fun blend of salsa dance moves and aerobics. It is excellent for improving your fitness level and for fat burning. You do not need to be an experienced salsa dancer as the dance steps are easy to follow. All you need is to move your body and exercise to the Latin rhythms and have fun! It is suitable for all ages and for women of any size. No partners are required. Typical salsacise workout classes last for 60mins. It can also be used for aerobic conditioning during one - to - one or group fitness training sessions.

Salsa-lates

Salsa-lates is a combination of 30 minutes of salsacise for aerobic conditioning and fat burning and 30 minutes of Pilates to tone the abdominals, strengthen the spine, and improve the body posture and flexibility.

One-on-One or group lessons can be arranged for any of the above.
