I started my dream career in the fitness industry in 2001 and have since worked as a fitness trainer for various health clubs
and for a reputable personal training company previously known as Sunrise in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
I am a highly motivational fitness trainer who is full of enthusiasm when working with my clients. I thrive on keeping my clients motivated with a variety of exercises whilst helping them to achieve their fitness goals painlessly and enjoyably!
My areas of expertise are body shaping and fat loss exercises, Pilates, core conditioning, balance training, boxing/kickboxing fitness drills and salsa dance lessons.
In addition to working as a fitness trainer, I teach various classes such as Pilates, Boxercise, Spinning, Stability Ball, Circuits, Salsa, and Salsacise in the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area. I am also currently involved with a contemporary dance company in Berkshire to run open company classes for their professional dancers wanting to improve their core strength and flexibility through using Pilates and Boxing fitness drills as a tool.
Whilst I am passionate with my own fitness, I work with people of different fitness levels and also with those who may not at this moment see it as an integral part of their life. So,..
